Do you speak English?

How does payment work?
You pay after the work is done - by bank transfer (Slovenian UPN with reference) or cash at the visit. The invoice arrives by email within 24 hours. Companies get a proper business invoice; we are VAT registered.
Can you do a move-out cleaning so I get my deposit back?
Yes, that is one of our most requested jobs with international tenants. The move-out package covers the oven, fridge, bathroom tiles and grout, all floors, and windows from the inside - the level landlords check before returning a deposit.
Do you also clean offices, server rooms, or after construction?
Yes. Offices and commercial spaces run on monthly contracts. Server and IT rooms are cleaned with a dry-process protocol agreed with your technical staff. Post-construction cleaning of new builds is done in two phases so it passes handover inspection.
How far in advance should I book?
We reply within 2-3 hours during business hours and can usually schedule within the same week. For urgent cases a priority slot within 24-48 hours is possible depending on availability, with a surcharge.
